I can finally have SBR's.....I can't believe that it actually passed. Iowa has now become more pro gun than I ever dreamed of. No more will they laugh at me for owning pistol braces.
Actually I plan on keeping a bunch as pistols but definitely will focus on SBR's moving forward. Now if we could only get fireworks to become legal in Iowa.

Would love to have a cz scorpion pistol made to a SBR and suppressed, however the gun-fund is a little low.
Besides form 1 and adding the American parts kit to fulfill the 922r requirements, what else do i need to be aware of? Since I did not build it, do I still need my name on receiver? |

What's the final word on the ruling as it pertains to the board of regents schools. Looks like carry is still prohibited on any school grounds?
Eta:Kind of conflicting to me to toss board of regents under political subdivision, yet keep college campuses under the old 280 definition of school. |

Does IA's Concealed Weapon permit apply to anything other than handguns? Our CCW license allows artificial knuckles, nunchakus, death stars, various blades, etc.
Also does it bypass a NICS check on the 4473? |
