Japanese Weaver CV16, 4-16X42, Duplex reticle, Adjustable Objective with Parallax from 40ft-Infinity, Matte Black, Made in Japan. Glass is perfect, but body shows wear from use; scuffs from rings, wear marks on the serrations on bells and turret caps and a dent on the windage cap. No box. Was last used on a Heavy Barrel 10/22 and it worked great for that. Other than the color of the writing used on the name, it looks to be the same scope as a Weaver V16 of which I am familiar with.
