Testing the waters...I have an MP5k clone (Omega OM9k with the Mad Max bolt) that I am looking to sell. It is currently in an SBR configuration but I can remove from NFA registry and sell as a pistol. For anyone hesitant, I have done this a few times before and have ATF communication stating that once an SBR is no longer in that configuration, it is no longer under their purview. But, I will still remove from registry right before the sale by notifying the ATF via email.
My MP5k clone works great and does come with the MAD MAX bolt. I have several thousand rounds through the gun and still runs 100%. I can include 2 magazines (one 20 round HK mag, and a POF/clone mag) and a Zenith picatinny top rail for optics. I have the original handguard and end cap that will be included in the purchase. I can also sell the MP5k B&T folding stock and vertical grip handguard as well after the sale has been finalized if you wish to buy separately. This gun does have my name engraved on the receiver of the gun, in the folds of the receiver where a sliding stock would go. It does not stand out too much.
I'd like to meet in the Central Virginia area face to face for the sale and background check but I can ship if needed and the buyer needs to cover shipping/insurance/etc...
