M249 barrel bags - $65 SHIPPED each
This case measures approximately 30" long. The exterior of the bag is made to withstand water and abrasions. The interior pocket of the bag is lined with a thermal barrier to insulate a person from the hot barrel. Alternative NSN 1005-01-508-1356. No shoulder strap, but D-rings are sown in.

Its hard to tell from the pictures but do they come with the shoulder/carry strap?

They do not come with any carry straps, just the bags themselves. They do buckle closed in 3 positions, and you can cinch down the buckles once snapped together.
