CLOSED Selling my newly purchased, never fired PTR-91A3S. This is the 18" model with the welded on rail. Doesn't meet my need for a DMR, so selling it here. Ordered from Atlantic, received it, rocked a mag in and out and racked the charging handle a few times. Its immaculate. $1200 shipped from my FFL to your FFL. Straight from Atlantic you'd be a bit over $1400, if they were in stock. USPS Money order or paypal and you pay the fees. Must be legal for you to own, and that's ultimately on your FFL. First "I'll take it" with follow up pm gets it. If you're in Alaska or Hawaii shipping will be more.
