The STI Staccato P5 was part of a limited run for the law enforcement market. It has a gen 2 grip with Tactical Slim Magwell, Dawson Adaptive Tool-less Recoil System, 5” bull barrel, and is fully DLC coated.

Due to COVID and work stuff I’ve not had a chance to shoot this gun. It has approx. 2,000 rounds through it from the previous owner, but I think that’s a liberal estimate. The slide to frame fit is excellent and feels like it’s on ball bearings. I hate to let this one go but I don't get to the range much these days.

Will include the factory soft case, owners manual, test target, sticker, hex wrenches, cable lock, hang tag, 2x 126mm and 1x 140 mm gen 2 magazines. It currently has a Brazos Lightning Rod Mini Dot front sight and STI TAS rear sight installed. Will include the factory front/rear sights and a Brazos Pro Series Trigger Group (~1lb 4.6oz) from the previous owner.

Fielded a lot of questions about this... It was called the P5 internally by STI / Buck but since it was never released, there's no "official" name. The P5 actually started life as the LAPD Metro gun, and was going to be a production model for 2020. However, the LE end user preferred the 4.15" Staccato P that STI had built for the USMS SOG contract. In the end, STI decided split the difference and they settled on 4.4".

There are a few other rare/prototype Staccato P models out there – the LAPD Metro gun that started it all; the Staccato "PD" that became the current Staccato P; and the "Texas Ranger" pistols. However, only the 4.15" and 4.4" P's were full production models.
