This is the standard P365 slide for 3.1" barrels, with SIG factory night sights included, no barrel or recoil spring included.
SIG sells these for $250.

Grip Module - $20
Standard P365 grip, my hands are way too big for these so I had to upgrade to the XL.
Sells new for $40.

P365 10 rd magazines - $25 each.
Mags that fit flush to a P365 grip.
Sell new for $45.

Willing to sell out individually, but extra $10 to cover shipping if not buying the slide.
