Not sure I’m feeling good about selling this, but I have another project that could use the funds so I’m gonna post this up and see if anyone thinks it’s as cool as I do.

The Barrett FieldCraft is no longer in production.  Barrett claims it’s because of there new .mil contracts and resources availability.

Bottom line this is the best light weight factory mountain rifle made.  No other company produces a truly custom gun like this with the level of QA that Barrett had built in as a result of their .mil offerings.  

This rifle is exceptionally rare.   I picked it up from a dealer in Nashville that collected the majority of Barrette one off rifles for resale.  This rifle was made for trade shows and shows very little wear.  

.300 BO - custom stainless receiver built to the caliber action size.  Perfect fiberglass stock, internal magazine, holds 4+1.  16.5” factory threaded barrel.  Has factory original box, with a proof target showing accuracy achieved, not something I’ve seen with other FieldCrafts.

Comes with  Picatinny  rail.  Has light marks on the scope rail but the rifle is in excellent condition.  No major marks or scuffs.

So this is cool, a really knowledgeable guy let me know there are ~8 of these .300 BO that were made. Pretty freakin cool.
