I spoke to PayPal yesterday and was told that because you went through your bank and not them that it’s out of their hand and that it can take up to 75 days for the funds to be in my account! Am I supposed to ignore that? I think with 14+ years in this forum without one single issue doesn’t make me a difficult seller. I trust in the mods to get this settled and that’s the only reason I didn’t jump into this from the beginning.
ETA: my part of the deal was fulfilled over 2 months ago, so I think it’s time that you stop pointing the finger at me… what’s done is done and the only thing left to do is to get YOUR bank to fix the new situation. Thank you
I'm your buyer and I have the right to check what are the markings and the date code of the Colt barrel. You said you do not know what it was. These cannot be confirmed unless you remove the rail or even the FSP because it was tucked hidden underneath the gas port. It is hard to see the way the DD RIS II FSP is designed and how it was installed with the FSP barrel. This is my first Colt M4A1 SOPMOD Block II clone upper that I intend to keep and I wanted to make sure I got the real deal and I also need to know how old the barrel is with the date code. We found the markings and date code, I was satisfied, we moved on.
When I asked you about the rail white markings on Monday, you recommended yourself that I contact DD and and let you know what is the result. When I gave you their initial counterfeit result from DD, you became agitated and rude. You even called me on that day (Monday) on my phone and continue to be agitated and insinuate that that is not the rail you sold me and that I'm lying. I have been burned in the past (not here) and given those circumstances, to me dispute with the bank is the option left to ensure I protect my interest. Then a friend of mine suggested I'd take it up here and so I did that helped change the counterfeit position and despite of your continued rude attitude towards me, I reached out to you to inform you of the counterfeit reversal.
None in all our chat conversations was I so agitated and rude until you called me on my phone with your attitude and insinuations. I'm a seller too, I'd be more than willing to work and help my buyer as much as I could if there is a concern raised on what I sold him specially if the product manufacturer of its part confirmed it is not real...
I'm working with my bank to get your PayPal resolved ASAP.
