Got this for a project, got side tracked with a different project.
I have an original M79 receiver casting (2 part) and parts kit, barrel, complete front and rear sight, etc. Everything but a couple of the handguard pieces.
Also a paper copy of the government drawings.
Almost all you would need to build your own M79. Also has a bore brush and combo tool. Most of the parts appear new.
You would need to complete the receiver and form 1 it.
If you buy this, I'll offer you a couple other items I have:
20 gauge subcaliber adapter for M79 or M203.
A barreled insert with its' own ejector you can install in your 40mm to shoot 20 gauge.
SARCO M79 replica. SARCO had some replica M79 dummy guns made. They put surplus stocks and maybe some other parts on them. One just recently sold on Gunbroker for $1000. This one has a pretty beat up wood stock.
