The pistol came with this installed new from Smith & Wesson, and I don't need it, so I immediately took it off.  Gun was never fired or holstered with the light on.

Comes with the stuff shown in picture, the manual, sticker, wrench and three screws.

Does NOT ship with batteries because of USPS rules on lithium batteries.  Crimson Trace has a "free batteries for life" program, and I never registered this, so you might be able to register it in your own name and get them to send you batteries. I don't make any promises on that one though.
