Super glad I saw this. It's amazing so many people here, on other forums and all over BBB have had problems, exposing John for his BS, showing everyone what kind of a man he is by the way he speaks to people and yet STILL people defend him based on THEIR experience of nothing but a quality product.
How are people so dense.
I too found this thread before making a big order, now I know. Men of fortitude and honor know that the statement 'the customer is always right' isn't to be taken literally, it's repeated because it means you treat your customers with respect and that equals a prosperous future.
I can't see them going too much longer if John continues to handle the public face of the company. But then again there's the people in here that support him despite evidence he's a low life, maybe it will be righteous retribution for him to get just enough business to struggle for the rest of his life.
Sad, definitely a good tutorial on how to not run a business.
