During Covid I had a bit of a mid life crisis and became an Electrician Apprentice for about a year and a half.  Loved it but the union in central NC Most of the stuff is excellent.  The bag and hollow handle Klein Nut driver set are brand new.  If you price everything out you're easily at $500.  

Includes the Klein basic tool kit; "kleins", dykes, needle nose and wire stripper etc (100).  Klein 7 in 1 nut driver (30), hex 11-1 (19). bag was $100 plus, Milwaukee vice grips $28, Hollow shaft Klein nut driver set (80), plus the screw drivers, stubby, and micro screw driver (new) etc.  There is also a Klein voltage tester (stick) in the bag.  Grab a couple small things like a tap measure and you have your first two years of tools.  Channel locks I think are the 430 and 440 (memory) little bit of surface rust from hanging pipe in the rain but work 100% and come with a lifetime warranty through Home Depot.
