I can part out, but the barrel and rail are a package deal.  It's a surplus Daniel Defense RIS II non-FSP rail with surplus Colt 14.5 gov't profile barrel and coronet gas block mounted to a new Aero Precision upper receiver.  The rail has signs of use, of course, but it is in overall very good condition.  The barrel looks fantastic on the inside and the gas block is mounted very well.  There is some paint left over on the gas tube.  It has not been fired since assembly.  I just have other assemblies that are getting use and have no need for this one.  This is not pinned and welded, so it falls under NFA.
