Oppa, unfortunately I am not going to be able to meet your demands.
As I explained, the timing of me deciding to refund you and offer it to the second buyer is merely a coincidence. I reached out to him and refunded you simultaneously all while I was on my lunch break, and then shipped it out to him after I got home from work which was before I learned about how you were going to contact a mod.
Secondly, since it already shipped to the second guy and I provided you a full refund, it is literally out of my hands at this point. I’m not going to make the other gentlemen suffer and return me the upper for your insistence that I should ship it to you. That’s not fair to him because he knew nothing about your dissatisfaction.
Like I explained, I’m not going to be forced to do something I’m not comfortable with because of legal uncertainties. Quite frankly, I can appreciate that a “mod” would try and step in as a middle man to provide some clarification, but I do not take legal advice from a mod on the internet. I do not know if this person has a law degree or not so if you had a mod step in it wouldn’t have changed my mind.
Again, I apologize for your aggravation, but I truly thought giving you a full refund would be the right thing to do in this case.
I am not going to argue back and forth with you any further because you don’t seem to have any level of understanding for my explanations.
