I'm about to thin out some of my reloading gear, as medical expenses are growing and I'm reducing the amount of calibers I'm reloading for. I will be posting other ads for brass, so if anyone interested in these trimmers and wants first dibs on .308, 9mm, .40, .45acp, .45 Colt, definitely let me know and I'll work out some special pricing before the new ads get posted.
Trim-It II drill powered case trimmer - $120 shipped
Included are both styled cutters, just know the tri-cut cutter has wear from the set screw. I have the .223 and .308 case inserts for it and are apart of the package. I didn't use it much because the tri-cut cutter was a pain in the a** to adjust and the cut was unsatisfactory for me. Only one of the 3 sides was used, the other 2 are in perfect condition. The trimmer is very simple to use and is micrometer adjustable, so you can easily adjust it for your preferred case length. The default cutter works great and doesn't need fine tuning, just run it around 600rpms so your case mouths come out clean.
Lyman Universal Case Trimmer - $95 shipped
I modified the crank handle for use with a power drill. The problem with that is that it left it too short to properly trim .300blk and similar short cases. I have 2 carbide cutters and a couple standard, as well as several pilots (default set, .264, and some pistol length). It was my preferred trimmer, so the cutters do show wear, but work as they should. The base is in near perfect condition despite seeing over 13 years of use!
Email me for pictures. I still haven't made a photo hosting account, but once I do, I will update the ad if I haven't found a buyer for them. I take PayPal, Zelle, money order, and personal checks for members with well established feedback. I know times are tough all around, and even though I really need to pay off my debts, I will consider partial trades if it'll help move things. I'm very reasonable and my feedback/sellers reputation is only a partial testament to that. I don't cut corners on shipping!
ETA - I forgot the new system won't allow for direct emails, so please IM me with your email address and I'll forward your pictures and answers to your email.
The plastic shroud for the Trim-It warped after some heat exposure, so I had to cover the vents with tape. I know it can be replaced, I just stopped using it and it's been collecting dust for years now.
