The 5D jig is of course a great design and very well made. I bought it to make a single AR-15 lower. On the very last cut on step 2, the router's "positive-lock" depth sleeve loosened, causing the end mill to drop and mill completely through the bottom of the lower, ruining the lower and damaging one of the 3 cutters on the mill. The jig and the end mill worked great, but the router's a bit noisier than I'd expected and the positive-lock depth adjustment could work smoother.

The end mill bit is replaceable (in stock at 5D Tactical for $27.99).

Selling the complete setup for $255 (I'll pay the shipping costs), or shoot me a reasonable offer. I can accept payment via PayPal or Zelle (or another method buyer prefers), and will ship immediately upon receipt of payment.
