Getting ready for the match next week.
I have been shooting the Wednesday night idpa matches for the pistol Have confirmed zero on the rifle with the freedom munitions 69gr ammo, chrono'd it and programmed shooter on my phone. I just rigged the ELS system and retrofitted the Otto shotshell caddies. Spent 3 hours practicing loading my benelli while catching up on this season of justified. Something about loading 25 dummy shot shells while watching Justified . . . Planning on a couple of range days this week before we leave for best of the west range. |

No time. Two kids and a wife. Decided I would try the long range and actually know the dope on the mom I was using.

Looking forward to it.
Went out today and shot to 300yds. Shot the shotgun. 25 rd strings, loading from the caddies. Confirmed hat I have to rezero th shotgun for slugs at 100yds |

Went to the impact zone Wednesday to re-zero my shotgun at 100yd yesterday nd run a few loading scenarios.
Arrived at the range today. Scouted the stages. Looks like a great match. |
