any idea where i can find a DSA style folding cocking handle?  like this one

I got one from DSA about a week or so ago.   Call them and speak to Robert.  
He is a really nice guy, and will help you out if he can.

You can also try the DSA forum in the industry section.  Mike has been very helpful to
me in the past, and will do his best to get you what you need.

DSA customer service has been very good to me, and I cannot praise them enough for how they
have gone out of their way to help me out.

If you can't find one you can modify an inch one. If you need the measurements I can take them with a caliper on mine and send you them.
