How long is the barrel? Many sporter profile barrels can be shortened a few inches to give adequate material to thread. This will have a minor impact on muzzle velocity but I have seen accuracy improvement due to the barrel effectively becoming more rigid than it was at it's original length. Shortening the barrel will also see an added benefit when you add a suppressor that is 6" - 9" long. The rifle can become cumbersome in a stand or dense environment with a full length barrel and can installed.
I recommend using a light weight can on sporter barrels.
As far as 30 caliber cans that can accommodate reduced thread pitches there are a few that don't require a secondary thread adapter. The SilencerCo Omega, Harvester, and Hybrid would be a good start. The Omega and Hybrid can also use ASR muzzle brake
AC1276 that is threaded 9/16x24 but has a 7.62 bore to handle 30-06.
