Anyone have any luck with eotech 512 on 45 ACP PCC?

Put one on mine this morning, first shot turned off the optic. Second shot and it wouldn't turn back on. Its brand new and going back for warranty.

Has anyone had any similar issues?

Build is SBRd QC10 45ACP 7.5in bbl. I knew the recoil impulse was strong, but not that strong.

I run 512 on kriss vector 45 with no problems, but it doesn't have the recoil impulse of straight blowback.
