i filed a pistol per the new rule, can i change the configuration after i get the stamp> ? what i mean, is that on an ar, can i change the uppers/stocks etc? and have shorther or longer OAL?

thank you, i already have a silencer so its not like they dont know ...so i wanted to sbr it anyway, why not ?
