I just purchased a Turbo K last week. Based on reviews, price and the fact that I found one. I plan on using the GA Plan A mount.

HX-QD 556k or 556ti depending on if weight and noise or length is the most important.

With the GP5 you get wrench flats on both sides so you can install it to proper torque under a rail or otherwise. With 1.375, you don't get the same insurance as a built in mount system.

TBAC Ultra 5 Gen 2. Six ounce can. I have one in jail...it weights about the same as a really, really shitty muzzle device.

Of the cans listed, I've only used/owned the Turbo K and it is excellent for that application. I really can't tell any difference between my Turbo K and Griffin Optimus Micro on a 16" 5.56 in case you're also looking for a rimfire can.
