Makes what exactly?

An adapter that threads into an Omega and lets you use YHM muzzle devices?

If that’s what you’re after, YHM makes one.

I would think YHM is the only one making an Omega pattern adapter to fit their muzzle devices.

DM does (or at least has) make them. I worked with him onnit and have the very first one produced on my Omega. I just don’t know how often he makes a batch.
