I prefer the wood on my carbine vs. the shitty beat up surplus plastic. Scrubbed with Simple Green, lightly sanded and BLO for the win. |

Because the 7.62 CETME receivers are a completely different size and shape from the CETME-L. Your G3/91 to CETME furniture swap doesn't really have any relationship to what is being asked. CETME-L shown center. CETME-C on either side.
