Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Will my M1A Scout scope mount fit on a standard M1A?

I have a Springfield M1A Scout Squad and I prefer iron sights so I took the mount and handguard off. I’m hoping to sell it but I don’t know how many people would be able to use it. Will this be able to be mounted on another M1A?

I removed that setup from my SA and gave it to a buddy to use. I don't recall what he put it on but he said it worked.

Standard (GI) diameter barrels only I’d imagine.
