I recently added a taper to my remington 700 for a thread on taper lock silencer... where can I get a new thread protector? Preferably 0.875” OD diameter.

Edit: you want something done you got to do it yourself...

Added holes, but flex in the setup caused some chatter on the ID and OD that I have to clean up tomorrow on the lathe. Then repolish and it should be done.

If it's the same as the sig standard then you can buy a sig taper adaptor.
It's not a thread protector, but will let you put a regular thread protector on.
It's just a small cylinder that fits on the taper and gives you a flat clamping surface to put normal muzzle devices or silencers on a sig barrel.
