Any place that has new ACRs in stock. All new production for over a year has been with 1/7 twist barrels. The question is weather that 1/7 twist barrel will be the old M4 profile or the new thinner one; they changed that in the middle of production this year, and it wasn't at a specific serial number. So you will see both on shelves for a while still.

Every online vendor has 1:9 barrel listed.

Either they have old stock, or more likely, they are just too lazy or ignorant to update their product listing. Every ACR and barrel kit made for over a year now has been 1/7.
That's as far as new ACRs go; if you're looking at used guns, then of course they could be 1/9. |

The vast majority of the ACR's you see on the shelf's right now are the current 1x7 slim barrel profiles. Also many retailers do not update the descriptions on many of the products. Ask for clarification from the dealer if you have questions on what barrel it has.
