Uh, not sure?

There was a regular chargemaster on the EE for $200, not sure if it's still there or not

Usually with codes, Brownells will sell them around $200.

Warning, I had one and it was so slow I returned it. They are slow. Maybe I had a bad one.

I emailed Cabelas about this about 2 months ago. In summary, the reply was that they're still transitioning warehouses from the Cabelas/Bass Pro Shops merger, but the primers are still listed in their system so they haven't been discontinued. They have no ETA.

My take was that they screwed up some product orders, aren't bothering to fix the glitch, and it'll be unlikely for cabelas to get them back in stock. Alternately, they're just phasing out S&B primers.

The Cabelas closest to me (Buda, TX) still has some S&B primers, just not nearly all styles.  They do still have shelf labels for small and large pistol and rifle primers though.

In my experience, the first thing that happens when a store phases out something is that they remove the shelf label for that something.  I think what's happening is just that the merger - on the inventory and customer service level - isn't going as smoothly as customers want.  There's a Bass Pro Shop here in San Antonio, and it is, and always has been, run on the "we really aren't into reloading and we really don't care too much that you are" model.  The prices for components are anywhere from too high to stupidly too high.  Their selection is funky and not well stocked, too.  I'm going to continue driving 80+ miles to Cabelas because, even though they seem mildly "challenged" in a lot of ways, they at least seem to be interested in what their customers want.

Kaleo Arms. They are in Hawaii and stand behind what they sell. Bought processed once that the primer pockets weren't swaged properly and they were forthcoming on their website about it and shipped replacement brass and made it right with no cost to me whatsoever. All brass I have received is excellent quality. Website is kaleoarms.com. Sorry for the link but couldn't get it to cooperate.

I’ve had very good experiences with Blue Ridge Brass.
I like their product so much I may stop processing bulk 5.56 and just do the loading cycle myself...

If anyone loads 6.8SPC and likes using Speer Gold Dot 90gr bullets. Jake at RMR has a decent size factory new overrun bullets from Federal/Speer. Price is $190/k or $375/2k , shipping is free or included. There's also a 5% off coupon floating around in that thread too.

What is the cheapest I should be able to find .308 bullets for an AR10? I bought 1000 Nosler CC 168 gr for $204 about a year ago, which was a good price, but with that as my baseline paying $0.25/each for FMJ just doesn't seem right. I've found pulled FMJ for about $0.20/each but was hoping to find something for plinking in the $0.15/each range. Am I dreaming or just not looking in the right places?

There occasionally have been some good sales, but right now, pretty much all 6.5CM appropriate bullets are pretty overpriced.  Even the surplus pulled reject bullets in this diameter are frankly, ridiculously overpriced for that.   At least right now; hopefully there will be some more sales soon.

$448 at Midsouth, out of stock. They have their Varmint nightmare(Hornady 55sp) bullets for about the same price by the 1000.

PS- they have changed the bullet if you didn’t know. It’s boat tailed now.
