I got lucky and found one at a gun show. Beyond that, maybe buy a 12” and bob it..?

Maybe worth reaching out to Jerry Prasser from Recon Ordnance? I'm not sure if he has them...but the dude does make 40mm barrels for M79s.

Try sturmgewehr and post a WTB ad. You might get lucky. Otherwise, I doubt LMT will have any available until they fulfill the Estonian and US M203 contracts.
