Going to SBR a 10/22 takedown.  My full name and city and state are kind of long, where do you guys get your 10/22 receivers engraved where the text is visible?

Right under the Ruger factory engraving. I'd be surprised if you couldn't get it to fit with laser engraving - they can make the font size pretty small:
