I have been looking everywhere for one of these and cannot find them in stock. Anybody know where I can find one.

Pretty sure they don't make them any longer.  You might be able to find one searching the Strictly Rimfire EE page...or you could build your own version it...they weren't anything special, just a bunch of parts available online.
