Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - What subgun is this?

Ok, so this stupid article is supposed to be about the US Secret Service and has this stupid picture that says "Extensive Uzi Training" but uses a (stock?) photo of the middle 3rd of a man who is not in the Secret Service holding an SMG which is not an Uzi.

But what is it?  The closest thing I can come up with is that it looks vaguely Ruger MP9-ish, but the stock is wrong.
