Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - What sort of mounts are these? They came with some M203 sights and look similar.

I recently bought a box of parts that came with some M203 front and rear sights.  These mounts were included with the sights and they're of similar construction with the ratcheting tension knob.  Both look similar but one says "REV B" and one doesn't.  What do I have here?  Thanks.

PVS4 mounts.

I had a really hard time finding one when I needed one, but they are not really worth anything.
