The screw/rubber washer thing...what's its purpose?

This.  See how there's 2 layers of kydex there under it?  Screwing it in pushes the inner layer of plastic in, thus tightening that channel the WML goes into, increasing retention if needed.

Knew it was something simple. Holster is tight and, since the screw didn't go through, I didn't know what it was for.
