Has anyone had any screen printing or vinyl heat pressing done to them? Wanting to use them as some unit shirts with logos on them and not sure how that material would take it.

The label on the inside is heat applied but not sure if larger size logos or higher heat would effect the material.

I know that there are dye sublimation processes that are used on that jersey material all the time, hence all the cool sports team jerseys everywhere, and virtually no more peeling of the old vinyl/rubbbery shirt presses.  Check with a local graphics shop, especially one who does clothing.

You can also use a training patch for your agency, maybe one different from you normal uniform patch.
