What would be a fair selling price for a type 99 lmg kit as a display gun?. It is missing the flash hider only.  Armory stamp is  listed as being Nagoya Rikugun Zoheisho. S/N in the low 4k .
As long as the reciever is cut, it is legal to purchase/sell? Is that correct?

Can it be shipped directly to me or does it go to an FFL first?

As long as its a cut receiver it can go direct to you. Not sure on price though havent seen one for a while. Does it have a mag? If so thats a grand right there

Is everything there except the receiver?

The biggest parts are the barrel and the complete bolt assembly.  Everything else is nice to have but way less important.

Complete except for the flash hider " cone" on the barrel

No mag, $1,500.

Mag, $2,250.

Adjust for condition.
