Specifically when TROSUSA cuts and threads the barrel. What is OAL for Form 1 purposes?

My ps90 lists 10.35 and 20.25

TSC Machine did my conversion with me supplying him a gemtech p90 bilug mount(gsl still sells them). Tros does good work but can take forever. Last adapter I ordered from him took 13 months to get.

Mine has a CMMG barrel and flash hider and my measurements on my form 1 were 10.4 barrel and 19.9 OAL.

I have an actual TROS built PS90.  My form 3 states 10.3 for the barrel.  19.1 overall.

Those are the specs for the P90, which is what I thought he said he used for the PS90 conversions?

I checked his site and he clearly states 10.4” for the barrel, but I can’t find him mentioning OAL. But I found a post of mine from back in 2014 where I said he told me to use 10.4/19.1 on the Form 1.

Dunno. ATF will approve anything around those lengths...

I used the P90 dimensions when I filled out my forms in 2014.

By my eyeball my gun doesn't measure -exactly- 19.9"... it is somewhere between 19.8125" and 19.875" depending on how straight you hold the tape. But that easily "rounds up" to 19.9".

I also know that the CMMG flash hider is not an exact 1:1 for the FN part, so the FN part being slightly longer wouldn't shock me.

I also wonder about the differing muzzle devices, because a PS90 with a threaded adapter is going to be shorter than a PS90 with a flash hider... and the way I figured it you would have to measure it to the length of the installed "cap piece" as that piece is necessary for the function of the gun (unlike a flash hider on an AR).
