Happy with the results. The old finish was whipped. They even cleaned up the roll marks and proofs.

Technically it's not in .32 ACP, but .32 Frommer is so close it's usually what people use in it. Have you been able to get yours to work reliably with .32 ACP? I hear it's hit or miss depending on the gun, specific ammo loading, ambient temperature, lunar cycle, etc.
I've wanted one for a while just for the novelty of a long-recoil pistol, but the difficulty in finding a working one, and keeping it working, has always put me off buying one. related fun fact: "The Frommer M1917 Stop pistol was also used in a dual mounted tripod that fired both pistols in full automatic. The pistols were inserted upside down and fed from 25-round box magazines."  |
