ATF's gonna ATF...
Wouldn't surprise me in the least if some liberal post turtle decided to make things more difficult just to screw with people. Clutter took the extra steps twice for me to confirm that i was really doing what my submission said. Called me up to make sure my Form1's actually started as non-firearms. On a related note, just got one back approved on Friday after 27 days. |

I heard awhile back that Mr. Clutter had moved positions. It's unfortunate for us NFA collectors, he was great at fixing problems.

He’s been gone a couple years. Moved back to the field at that time. Not sure exactly what he’s doing these days. I sent him an email late last year and he forwarded it on to the person it needed to get to. (I told him in the email I knew he was gone based on prior communications I’d had with him, and was asking for his opinion...I never got his, but I got one from somebody else)

Back in August of 2019 Mr. Clutter was selected as supervisory program analyst for the tracing operations and records management branch.
