(Sorry if this is a beaten horse.)

Form 53201 with tax stamp questions:

My forms I received from my on line BATFE applications do not have an actual stamp with numbers, it looks like a transparent electronic stamp.  The form is marked approved and rubber stamp signed.  Is this a normal thing?

A lot of the back side of the form has unchecked boxes and a lot of stuff not filled out, is that normal for a trust?

Yes, that's all normal.

It's a digital stamp on an eForm, and you were never asked those questions on page two because they're only for individuals...thus they're left blank.
