Filed an EForm 1 end of February, double-checked everything and submitted. Last week received notification that it has been disapproved for "Missing passport photo and answers to questions 11a-13d." In other words my form was AFU. So I logged into EForms and the form showing "Disapproved" was in-fact missing the info they mentioned. Out of curiosity, I looked at the form I was sent when I submitted the Eform1 and to my surprise the passport photo and all the info they said was missing was there. So.....It appears my passport photos and the questions were somehow removed. How or by whom is unknown. There was no chance to fix it because they disapproved it and issued a refund. No big deal really. I just redid it and resubmitted.

Has anyone else experienced this?
