I have not been out yet to shoot my apc. I have stacks of 168 federal match and 168 ppu match. I know each rifle will be its own beast and eat what it likes best but do i need to get some175 grain.

My 16" CC loved the 168 FGMM, but like you said, try various rounds. The 168 PPU in mine is decent.

Its hit or miss. Some love the 168, some prefer the 175's.
My ECC prefers the 175 gr. I just snagged some of the GGG 175 gr Sierra Match King stuff, at around $1.06/rd delivered. Cheap option if your gun prefers the 175. |

My ECC likes 168s, but loves the 7.62 175 gr loading gm762.

My APC came with a 175g test target but I get better and more consistent groups with 168gr. I would break it in to around 200 rounds and pick up a box of 168 GMM and a box of 175 GMM and see which groups better. Both are sub moa in my gun so it really doesn't matter.

My ACC likes 168, 175gr not so much. My APR likes 175gr more.
My ACC HATES South African surplus, hates it. Makes Federal American Eagle look like match ammo. |

My ACC has only seen 168 FGMM and nothing else. If I am doing my job correctly, the accuracy with 168 FGMM is about what the factory test target says it should be
