Guys, my hat size is 8 1/8.  I know, quite a pumpkin head!  Anybody know of a bump helmet which could accommodate that?

Pretty sure Ops Core makes an XXL helmet. Good luck finding them in stock anywhere though. You can order direct from Gentex but it'll be a while (months) until you see it.

Not sure what quality of helmet you're thinking of? My large FMA bump helmet is fairly huge. The outside is quite a bit bigger than a large ACH, and since the shell is thin, the inside is even larger. With 1/2" pads it should fit a giant size head.

I feel your pain. I wear a 7 5/8 and a currently run an OP Fast Bump in L/XL, it's pretty tight.
