Thoughts and choices?

I am looking to finish setting this up hopefully in the next few weeks and am curious about the set-up's you are using.

I've got the Urban ert... And don't like it at all.

With a SBR setup, the rifle hangs horizontally rather than vertically.

Wish I could find a better option.

I have the urban ert sling but have it setup as a single point. I like it because I shoot it left handed and can drop the gun to my side and draw a pistol from the right(I shoot pistols right handed as most are setup that way).

I use the Urban ERT sling as well. In the single point configuration it works just fine.

I have the Urban ERT on mine also. It hangs at about a 45 degree angle from vertical on me, which is what I want. I will be putting in for the stamp on it this month as the 16" barrel sucks and I have the SilencerCo Switchback ready to install on it.

I've tried the single point configuration also...just wasn't comfortable for me.

Glad others are happy with it!

I use the urban sling attachment at the rear and a design machine  cigar cutter mount on my flash suppressor for my SBR

I use Damage Industries side rails for the front point and PMM QD slot for the rear on the opposite side, Magpul MS1 sling

I liked this concept so I bought extra long screws and sling swivels from Numrich that had the screw in the middle of the swivel and replaced it with the extra long screw
using the same hole in the above pic.

Urban ERT sling.

Run it as a 2-point sling.

Running slings as a single-point is stupid and only really looks good in tv shows/movies.

A single-point sling is unweildy and you WILL rack yourself if you have to do anything more than a slow walk.

The QD cups from PMM are awesome.  I prefer the Haley D3 sling for the PS90 and other small PCC’s.
