Is it legal to ship primed brass with a firearm? Does the box need to be labeled ORM-D got primed brass or only loaded ammo? Thanks!

Last I knew, primed brass is ORM-D exempt.

ETA: no USPS ship. I use UPS and must be done from a UPS facility, not a UPS pack-n-ship.

Thanks, any idea if it can go with the rifle or if it needs to be separate?

Being with a rifle has no bearing. As long as you follow whatever rules apply for the primed brass you're good. I have no idea what those are though so you are on your own. I thought it was still ORM D but searching shows that might not be the case. Do your due diligence.
