PCP with an on-board pump. $400
Interesting concept but there are a number of negative reviews: Leaks Pump failures (Both of the above probably the result of long oiling intervals. Crappy scope diminishes the value. I can see the value of a hybrid like this for extended hunting trips, and (assuming it's reliable...) for survival.  Seneca Aspen full field review |

The FX Independence was the first successful implementation of this idea. It is a nearly $1800 airgun and it still occasionally has a few problems. The Seneca is a $400 version of this FX rifle, and the price reflects the quality difference. I've not owned either one, but I have handled them both and the quality difference is quite evident.

After looking at the Aspen, I saw another $400 one that's getting good reviews. I'm on the list for it when it comes back in stock. The accuracy looks pretty phenomenal at this price point. Still taking a chance on reliability...
American Tactical Nova Review I know it's only 10 yards, but still...reports are that it's quite accurate. (I'd like to see a 50 yd. target.)
