Hey guys,

Buddy of mine sent in a form 4.  Between the time it was mailed and the time it was received, his credit card was compromised and cancelled.  He called the BATF and they said they would send the form 4 back.  This was something like six weeks ago.  He's getting tired of waiting.

Can he have the dealer complete another form 4 for him which he will then send off for processing?

I keep telling him to use a damn check... lol.

That shouldn't be a problem at all, since the payment was never processed.
