Considering the weight (250 lbs) and the gauge (16 - 1/16" thick), that's a pretty light-duty safe.  In my mind, just about the only use for it would be to restrict kids' access to your firearms.  

It goes without saying that you'd want to bolt it to the floor.  Even then, it wouldn't put up much of a fight against a person with any kind of tools.

Personally, I'd pass and look for a box with thicker steel, 12-gauge, ETA: or at least a minimum of 14.
