Technically you are a SOT when they cash it. The form I think takes a week or two if I recall correctly. You should have done it in July, you lost 4 months of the tax.

Yeah I waited to late. But was impatient and wanted it now. Wife said to wait till next year so I mailed my $500 off anyway. :-(((
